This was my first root canal in about 35 years and was as pleasant an experience as a root canal can be. All steps in the procedure were clearly described in advance and methods of communication when talking was impossible were well-defined. I arrived a few minutes early for the appointment and was called in as soon as I finished my medical history. X-rays were taken right away and consultation was done immediately following the x-rays. The whole process, including waiting for the anesthetic to take effect, was done efficiently and I was in and out of the office in less than an hour.
