This was my first root canal in about 35 years and was as pleasant an experience as a root canal can be. All steps in the procedure were clearly described in advance and methods of communication when talking was impossible were well-defined. I arrived a few minutes early for the appointment and was called in as soon as I finished my medical history. X-rays were taken right away and consultation was done immediately following the x-rays. The whole process, including waiting for the anesthetic to take effect, was done efficiently and I was in and out of the office in less than an hour.

GREAT staff;;;;friendly & professional. EXTREMELY helpful with insurance issues. Literally PAINLESS procedure ....I was VERY impressed with Dr Cunnungham. He explained the procedure prior to starting and proceded as stated. Upon completion he provided a script for pain meds which was I never needed/used. For someone who DOES NOT cherich the thought of going to the dentist (who does) Dr Cunnungham puts you at ease and is very "gentle" throughout the procedure. One cannot go wrong selecting him as their endodonist

Dr. Cunningham explained everything he was going to do and checked to make sure I was doing ok during the procedure. A root canal is not fun for anyone but, he made it the best experience it could be.

What a wonderful experience for a root canal. The doctor was so warm and kind and explained the procedure to a "t". The staff also was very kind. It is an uncomfortable place to be (a root canal setting) but they sure did their best to make it a great experience. Thank you to all, esp. Dr. Cunningham!
