What a wonderful office! I was referred to 3 different endodontists after a cracked tooth and then some led me to need more care. I am so glad I scheduled my procedure with Dr. Cunningham and his staff. I work for a larger company with a terrific culture and so I look for something similar in the businesses I encounter day-to-day. Whether intentional or not, this office has a great workplace culture, it appears as though each person on staff has a shared interest in the care of their patients and the success of each procedure! The day after I have no pain and solidly positive opinion of my procedure yesterday - don't let the term 'root canal' scare you away from taking care of your teeth, especially with Dr. Cunningham and his team!

My first appointment with Dr. Cunningham was a consultation regarding long-standing pain and associated difficulties in a complex situation. Setting up the appointment was simple, easy, and pleasant—kudos to the staff, in particular, Dusty, for that. The consultation with Dr. Cunningham was thorough, and he did an excellent job of explaining his thoughts and his reasons for each bit of the thorough examination of the troublesome site. Though the situation was far from clear-cut, he did commit himself to a recommendation for a root canal procedure of the suspicious tooth. We discussed pros and cons, and he suggested that I think about the options he presented and decide—on my schedule—how to proceed. I did so, and chose to undergo the root canal, which was done yesterday. Again, the scheduling and ease of working with the staff was exemplary. The procedure was well explained, and was performed without difficulty. It’s too early to know for certain that this will “solve all my problems”—as I said, it’s a complex situation—but I’m confident that the decision was a good one, even if it should prove not to be complete solution. Dr. Cunningham also insisted on personal follow-up with him over the next couple weeks, in attempt to ascertain the level of success achieved by the procedure. In other words, he didn’t just do the procedure and bid me goodbye and good luck. I am very pleased with my experience with Dr. Cunningham and all the staff with whom I interacted. Kudos in particular also to Jamie, the technician assisting in the procedure, and Bernie (?spelling), the front desk person who assisted me with scheduling, checking insurance, etc., as well as to Dusty, mentioned above.

My appointment was a week out after my consultation but called when someone cancelled and I was seen the very next day. I’ve had a lot of dental work over the years and rate the entire staff at the top.
